Can’t tell from a YouTube video how good it sounds. Probably fine for arcade games. Especially older ones that don’t sound great with any speaker. I’m assuming “restore” means you repaired the disintegrated cone on the woofer. The hard part with that, I learned, is attaching the cone to the frame with enough flexibility allowing the right amount of movement. Too much and it might be noisy or get damaged. Too little and you lose all low end. Since you want good sound, maybe buy a pair of the speakers that others have used and try it. They shouldn’t cost too much and you can sell them on this site if you don’t want them. If the tweeter is too harsh, cover it with something or attach a resistor to it like I did.
