So, the board is having trouble I took it off the a board and now when I put it back together it doesn't seem to want to complete the boot up. I'm a little upset I did start downloading a couple of the chips. I might just try to get everything downloaded to my computer. IDK what is going on but it stops at the boot up screen at this time.

@Atari the jedi did you try the board before dumping it again? This thread is a few years old. Just want to make sure it was still working.
Please post some pictures of the PCB as it looks now. Is this a single PCB or has 2 decks? If so, please check that in the connectors between boards, there are no bent pins. The same applies for the eproms that you have removed. Double check that and let us know.

This can also be cause by wrong dip switches, there's a freeze dip. SWC DIP4..
If you can drop the roms somewhere and a full picture of the board, we can submit it to MAME if it's undumped. I'm not sure all the hacks are in the mainline, there are some other custom mame builds with a load more hacks i think.
