WTB Vewlix/Chewlix

Want To Buy
i should be getting it Thursday or Friday. My buddy went to pick it up for me. Getting a bit nervous about this, the Diamond blue is my dream cab. Ill take pics of the back when it gets here. fingers cross

I don't know that it's a "Chewlix" but I do suspect a different supplier for the LCDs with white bezels.
As D said, could have been a refresh at someone to make them white?
White is the minority color hands down, so whatever revision if it was official it was very small/minor.

This is what's official/should be inside a Diamond cab unless its been replaced with something else...

I don't believe the monitors with white bezels will match/they are something else.
Of course in the picture above I can't actually see the LCD bezel, only the metal bar across the top (that is white yes).

Jassin000, I can't post pictures here but the model is D0320LLN13 and the screen is made by Disign (Made in Korea) and their website is www.disign-store.com. Please verify if this is the real deal or not. Thanks

Sorry but I'm using Rewrite picture he posted back in 2017, but just want to use as reference because it's the same since mine was to big to upload.

Yes, its real. Its one of the updated screens, it should do 1080p. Does it have DIV/VGA inputs or HDMI/DVI/VGA?

Yup, you good, input lag is not as fast as the original Diamond / F or FC monitor, but fast enough, basically negligible :)

See all black on all of 'em, regardless weather its a Diamond or classic Vewlix.

It might not be a Chewlix, but I've never seen one in white before just FYI.

When you were in Japan, did you visit the Taito store if they had any. Do they sell the vewlix arcade panels or other arcade parts?
 
I was at Osaka Namba Taito station yesterday. Second left and third are different. I’m at Tokyo right now. I can take some photos if anybody has a request.

I dont know i just googled, said Taito Stations...Maybe they might have a store or arcade parts. I have a friend that is going to japan, so i was going to ask to see to look for some parts for me.

Anyway, so i got my cabs last night. I haven't powered it on yet. So far im pretty happy with it except for one major part the control panel. I bought the vewlix fc but i got some Frankenstein panel that looks like its using an old ass sega panel to fit. Thankfully my diamond blue came w/ the legit panel. This is going to suck trying to source an FC 1 player panel. Someone has one for sale? Im still cleaning all the grime out, it didn't come with no locks, so i need to buy some. Any recommended locks to buy?

You shouldn't have too hard of a time. Lots of guys upgraded to 2P panels and likely just put their 1P in the closet.

This is unfortunately moderately common on incoming cabs. Stuff like BanaPass or NESiCA games they just slapped an Astro-shape panel on them and called it a day. Our Fs usually come this way, sometimes unavoidable.
 
Is there any unofficial locks that work with Vewlix cabs?

Also, how can you tell the difference between Vewlix C & Vewlix FC?
 
Officially its name is the Vewlix F Capcom Edition.
So people started shorting that to Vewlix FC, or just Vewlix Capcom.
