“what is the best 19" lcd monitor to use, I doubt everyone will be able to source good 19" CRTs.“

you want to put an LCD monitor inside a cute...

No, but finding a near mint 19" monitor, and which i will probably want to be try-sinc will be nearly impossible or cost me around $500.

So......what to do? An LCD will hold me off until I source a crt.

It's encouragement, not pressure because it's likely a one-time opportunity.
Do you accept that there is no such thing as "Theft" anymore and can live with "Unplanned Donation, One-time opportunity""? :P
Like I said, let's just leave it at that. I was honestly trying to encourage the guy based upon his comments about him being in Canada. Sounds like he really wants it. There is more to it I am sure. Looks like I made a mistake. Apologies if I've offended anyone.
It's a joke, don't take everything so seriously.

Example:

"Ppl are in more need than you are of that Cute. It is a perfect size Baby Locker."

Didn’t you just sell two actual minicutes? With extra monitors?

Hello People

Lets do some updates. Im really hard working on the Drawing. Im trying to do it best i can. Thanks to @rewrite for his great efforts to give me measurements very detailed.

So i can tell you the drawing has been finished %80. Im waiting for the Coin Mechanism. Thanks to @rewrite again, he already ship to me :D .
We are really hard working with @rewrite , but if someone can help us about of the measurements, that will be great. By this way, we can share the pressure of @rewrite ' shoulders i think. If someone has Metric Measure and Calipper, please inform me about that.

I need someone has the WG TUBE with Chasis. Please ?

@SNK-NEO-GEO people always ask about LCD monitor, thats why i will make adapter and bezel for extra. If people want it, they can buy it. But we have to find optimal LCD Monitor

Yes I did, and there is an specific reason why I want this repro. I can do whatever I want to it, unlike the OG ones whose's value would be affected by modifying them. Plus I also want either a trysinc or a vga monitor in these ultimately for versatility, dont want to be stuck at 15k. I like multipurpose cabs. Or hell, I wish they would make a 19-20" freesync oled monitor.

I will make a LCD adapter and Bezel for it too. Please tell me what LCD model and Size you recommended.
The drawing almost done, im waiting your suggestions
@hursit, as for 19" LCD's, I am thinking users could also use a decased 20" LCD since a 19" CRT is just the measurement of the viewable area. Should have enough room in there to fit a 20" in addition to a 19" LCD. As for mounts, don't most LCD monitors come VESA mountable, even if decased? If so a rotable VESA mount for the repro would be great for those that want to go the LCD route. If you can make the mount depth-adjustable to account for different manufacturers designs that would be great. The bezel would just be standard flat as it is LCD and no curve for a 4:3 19" display. Maybe add in perforations to allow the user to knock it out to fit 20" 4:3.

You know, I know a guy in town that has some old 13" or 19" VGA monitors. They might even be tri-sync. They are all NOS, but haven't been stored in the best environment.

Interested? If so, I can ask him.

20" would be great, I think some of those came in 1600x1200 res, so would be awesome to use with the ossc at 5x. You have any brand/models in mind?

On the 19" lcd front I was thinking of this one:

Please can you check WG ' measurements and compare this pictures ?
you dont need to compare the Radisu of the Tubes. I have already done it and test it with @rewrite It perfectly fine. But i have to be sure about of the Total TALL of the tubes with Chasis and everything. And attach point etc...

I am thinking NEC's or was it the Toshiba's? IIRC correctly, those were the 4x3's with the best response times during that era.

The dude in town sold those CRT's I mentioned earlier. But I do have a spare WG K7000. I have to rebuild the chassis on it though. Keep you posted on how that turns out.

I'll try tonight. Sorry, some stuff has been moved around for remodeling and clean-up. I know I still have to get you scans of the E2 side art.

Question, those diagrams show the tube only. You want to measurements with the frame, correct?

Ok thank you ;)

you will see there is a measurement which is 432,6mm. It is the top point of the tube to bottom point. Please check that size with your real WG 19. Please measure it with the Bottom PCB of the tube.

i have checked the 4:3 LCD screen measurements, im afraid it doesnt fit into the original bezel holder. Sorry we have to make it for 19"LCD too.

I'd be interested in a 19" NOS monitor also if your guy has multiple. I am in Norcal also.

I have the VB199TP that I used for my Arcade1UP and MiSTer setup. Let me know if you want me to do any tests on it. The max res is 1280x1024 so it's not too bad. Great news, is it does have VESA mounts and is very light weight, so any cheap VESA mount will do. A rotatable VESA would be great.
