For Sale
Shipping day is here! Everything is packed and in my company's shipping department.

I'm currently putting everyone's address together to print labels and get these things on a truck today :)

To anyone who see this in time -- please PM me your preferred shipping address. This is not required to have your enclosure shipped, but will help me reconcile addresses against what I have from a few months ago.

I'm going out of town right after, but will be sure to get everyone's tracking numbers sent via PM as soon as possible.

Woo! Gotta love FedEx. I get a text when something gets sent to me (usually from work), and its always a 'what is being sent, and from where?' thing. My work sends packages to remote employees usually twice a quarter or whatever, so I thought something else must be coming in.

Then I remembered plasticfactory's post right above... No pictures yet because I need to put it together, but man this thing looks rock solid. I cant wait to put it together, hopefully tomorrow. Thanks man!! Incredible work.

Wow, that was quick! I missed the window Thursday but everything hit the truck Friday. I plan to put a basic assembly guide together tomorrow or Tuesday. It's not a complex installation, but there are several notes I'd like to share in case anyone decides to put it together before a guide is ready:

1) Extra hardware was included for almost everything, but if you come up short, please contact me immediately. This should not be a problem, but I have many extras.

2) Speaking of hardware, I included a full set of 12mm and 14mm screws. Only 1 set is required to assemble the enclosure. These should be interchangeable. I included both sets in case there is a preference during assembly.

3) There is a lot of surface area on the acrylic, which means a lot of static buildup. The gloss side must be fully discharged before assembly!

4) The countersunk washers labeled as "2mm spacers" are installed upside down (bevel side facing the acrylic).

5) Installing the rubber feet/spacer/short-standoffs to the bottom plate is the first assembly step. Install them loosely. Then, place your board stack on top of the standoffs, and do the same with the counterbore washers/screws. Gently tighten all screws (top and bottom) after you have verified the board is not being flexed or "forced" in any way. The assembly is straightforward from here, but please be sure to reach out if things don't seem to go together properly.

6) Use the Heatsink Frame at your own discretion. I personally use one on my main board. However, a lot of years, heat and weight have caused significant sag on some sound PCBs. I had to flex my spare PCB a full 6mm to install the frame during the test fit. If in doubt, reach out.

And, lastly, the mounting feet are being shipped separately. I expect everyone to receive them sometime next week, along with the enclosure packages. The feet can be installed without having to disassemble the enclosure.

I hope everyone has a smooth assembly and enjoys the enclosure :)

I will wait for the assembly guide, but I probably won't have time to install it until late next week.

Man the presentation and everything looks amazing. I almost want a Primal Rage just cuz. I need to stay tuned, you better be cooking up something cool for a board I already have :D.

Thanks! I have a couple in queue that should go a lot faster than this, but am unsure what's next to design.

I've been asked about Cave and G-Net boards, so that's a possible start, but have also considered putting a list together and making a poll. Then just working down the list. More will be posted once I confirm everyone has received, installed and is happy with this one :)

Frankly, I'm tired of all these cool Sega System multis (especially with all the aux components) not having a nice enclosure.
