Thought I'd add my 2 cents. Pulled these two sticks from an old PC: ELPIDA SINGAPORE MC-4532C0647XFA-A75 My Naomi 2 doesn't seem to have an issue with them. Originally, it only had one stick of Hynix HY57V28820HCT-H.

I just tried it and turned it all the way to both ends and there was no discernible difference in the picture. Perhaps i need to spray it with some deoxit?

Thanks! The the two wires (grey and white are connected to button 6 on the panel. There's about a 3 foot length of wire which termites at the jamma connector. They exit the button panel via the hole by the power switch. Thank you for the help. I will contact @Lemony Vengeance about a harness.
