Seems the parallax scrolling IS done in sprites!

I'm wrong, mustang is: 10mhz and 0x100000 so will need the sprite hardware.

I have the sprite data going in now, however the codes are all wrong for the board and will need some kind of conversion (similar to the irem ports or CPS1 > c CPS2 hacking).
