Anyone using a CMVS-RGB pcb for MVS SCART/RGB?

Well, not to pile on, but I do have a few assembles boards of the nOOb philenotfound circuit if anyone wants them. I was using this in the OMVS prior to working with Tianfeng and hammering out the OMVS AV board.

I’m USA based so shipping would be pretty cheap if you are domestic.

Hi guys,

Does anyone sell these boards already assembled?

@SVM Hi there. May I trouble you for some help with my MV1FZ please?
I’ve been 3 days troubleshooting this.
I can’t seem to get an image using pcb. If I bypass the pcb I get a picture which is understandably too bright so board is good.
Is there a difference in ths7374 chips as I see mine seems to have a different code below the ths wording.
I may have gotten bad chips as I purchased them from eBay seller.

All wires connected properly, 5v coming from psu which is 5v 3a. Stereo mod done on board.
Using an Eu trinitron scart connection.

You can try to bypass R13, but I would guess that the chip is maybe bad. Can you show some pictures of your pcb, please?

Thanks for the reply. I’ll post a picture of the board as soon as I get home as I’m out atm.
Much appreciated.

I’ve just installed the other board and same result unfortunately. Black screen but tv is getting something on power up

is it ok to have the csync pad on pcb wired to composite video on 8pin din and to scart cable?
Thanks again.

That's like it should be (without any additional resistor and/or capacitor).
That’s how I have it hooked up. Thought I may have an issue there. Could be bad chips.
Everything is connected as required. 5v3a psu. I’m stumped. Won’t give up though. 😊

Guys thanks very much. It’s working now. Extremely happy. 3 days troubleshooting done. Thanks for your help. 😊

I’m not sure SVM. I feel the first board had a faulty chip.
One more issue I’m getting now is the colour tone is changing from a warm to cool tone, back and forth. Any ideas? Could be the bad quality scart cable I’m using maybe?
