Better late to the party than never! Suuuuuuper stoked to get this working! Now i just gotta find another A board for my friend so he can enjoy his too.

Darksoft might make a repro A board one day , oh I gots my bins of CPS1 ones, but I need to test them all, gonna sell off most them, only keeping for the multis and maybe a replacement or 2.

My Dash A board audio was lacking a bit, so I did my best to use blue and gold caps on the replacement, like the capcom logo

We are thinking its an issue with the A board, tried other working C boards and had the same issue. Weird thing is that only the Slam Masters and variants do this, all other games boot up/play fine.

These LG-PC LCDs are pretty good in person, nothing like my OLED-B6 for blacks that is true... The solution is to afford the 32" OLED!

Even the biggest, blackest OLED will still trigger me if it has 15kHz games on it. It just aint natural! (punches a new hole in the wall) (incoherent ranting)

What's the general consensus now for default dips - are we still turning them all off or using the default list I saw somewhere?

I have them all off, except maybe the last 2 on DSW C

All off for testing that the multi is working fine, etc...usually this is ok to leave like that, but you can set your dips per game, the way you want. If you run into any issues with any game report it, maybe that game has an issue that is known for that on the original or maybe something that can be fixed with a firmware update later on.

I can confirm any issues I ran into were due to dip settings.

Mine should be here on Friday, fully expecting to get an FPGA due to how late I ordered but not the end of the world because it's just sound stuff and I've never been one to stress about audio (everything mono, don't mind stuff like stock Aero speakers that lots of people say is unbearably bad) so I definitely won't notice a difference
