Happy to know the install went well. Can you post pics of your A board? Maybe we can find alternate solder points on the top side, could help others with similar boards.

Interesting - my two boards both had a pad there.... Maybe slight differences in A boards.
That's a damaged trace/pad, it looks like it was ripped completely off.

Yup, the blue wire is bridging the connection.
easy enough to just solder to one end of the blue wire.
Thanks guys, already used the underside connections. Took all day to dissemble the lion3 case, install the duel xtal and re-assemble. Everything testing ok! How does it know what to do when the roms are loaded ?

In each game directory - there is a config file - pretty sure that sets the flag for whether it was originally a 10mhz or 12mhz game.

I don't think so - as I am also running the first - when you go into the game directory - do you see a "config" file?

I was wrong - it looks like if you go into the directory - if the game ran originally on a dash board (12mhz) you will see a zero byte file called "dash" - which is the switch.
