Does Anyone Own a Gundhara PCB?

Hmm, how much ball park is option 1? If it's already a few hundred, I vote #3... or maybe #2, but if #1 is pretty cheap, then I vote #1.

As for rare donors, damn, I only have the rare PCBs! I guess I'm on the hunt for a cheap game now!

I have a JJ Squawkers conversion that I assume was a Blandia, I'm guessing this would work?

I would vote option #1, amazing job on this!

How can you tell?

I was just guessing! According to twistedsymphony's reference codes it is a Eight Forces/Zing Zing Zip.

Is it difficult to make a Gundhara on a Blandia board? @twistedsymphony
not impossible, but definitely ugly. It's requires doubling the RAM and adding sprite banking logic. In my video above you can see the PCB I built to add the sprite banking logic. For the extra RAM Zombie raid is the only other PCB that has spots for it, otherwise you'd have to build another custom sub-board or stack ram chips to do it.
The benefit of a multi-board is all of that can be added to the multi for a pretty clean setup.

but if you're just doing a conversion literally all of the info to make it work is in this thread.

Option 2 would be cool, but option 1 already covers the 4-chip games I'm most interested in. I would prefer 2 but would be happy with 1.

Edit: Which one of you guys got that Zombie Raid on Ebay 😁
I have access to THREE Zombie Raid full arcade machines, but I don't want them and can't bring myself to pull the boards out. $900 for the three... man, wife would kill me if I did it...

Thanks, I have a JJS and I thought it was a bootleg, but I need to look at it again, as it might be a conversion and I never thought about it. If it's a conversion that would be great, b/c I could use it for the multi!

real JJS boards have a sub-board for the graphics ROMs:

they share the same silk-screen main board number of War of Aero: 93111A

Thanks, I have a real one (I hope, need to double check it) and what I thought was a cheap bootleg, but now I'm hoping it's a conversion!
