Sorry again me... I need to replace my old tube, so I decided to put a new LED. My problem is that I have three wires and no clue which wire goes where. Can someone help me ?

I have 1 white, 1 yellow, 1 white

That's an IEC C5 connector, as you face the 'socket' end of the cable which you are holding live is on the right, neutral left and earth top.

For the blast side double check the schematic for it but i'm pretty certain black is live/hot and white is neutral. Although in this application it's going to a switch mode power supply for the LEDs so it isn't going to make any difference (you could fit a C7 connector without the earth pin and its reversible).
