We have great members here. Very intelligent people who can get things done. Any of those other forums that call us just a 'satellite forum' can go blow themselves.

Thank you to the anonymous poster. ;)

EDIT: So far tested VOOT and it's working great. Unlike the hack that Joerg did.....

I've played a complete game of VOOT start to finish without any issues on my Pi-Force setup... very happy with how it has turned out.

I've now tested Out Triggers and it boots to an error "Control Panel is not connected properly". Not sure what it requires. I have a Type 3 I/O and 6 analog inputs wired up. Also plenty of digital inputs of course.

Gun Survivor isn't loading for me on a Naomi 2 using a CF kit. It does the check memory, load, check memory, load again loop over and over. I can test it on netboot tonight but for now I need to return to work for my last 7 hours.

I haven't had a chance to try either of those yet but Outtrigger requires a rotary encoder board for the trackball (it uses 1 track ball and 1 trigger stick like virtual on). you will either need a stand alone track ball I/O or you can chain a type 2 I/O in rotary encoder mode off of a type1/2/3 primary I/O board. (I believe Dynamic Golf is similar).

Also it was mentioned in the other thread that Gun Survivor 2 may require a link board to be present in order to boot.

Would be interested to see how to wire up a trackball to the I/O. Or even the rev 2 method you mentioned.

Gun Survivor 2 isn't loading properly so we think there is an issue with it for now.

Normally you need a 837-13938 "JVS Trackball I/O" this has a JVS port like a normal I/O board but it does nothing other than interface with trackballs so you need to chain it off of a Type 1 or other I/O. Normally these are bolted directly under the panel in a candy cab setup (picture of a Golf panel below).

I believe as long as you have one of these you can use Happ or any other typical track ball. The Sega Type 2 I/O can be made to look like one of these by flipping one of the dip switches, but the game only accept it if it's on I/O node 2 (which is kind of dumb since it has all of the other I/O requirements)

Tokyo Bus and Wild Riders posted at the top. I'm away from the computer for several hours. Please test them and report back.

I think I have one of those PCBs on a golf panel. Anyone need it?

Wild Riders works great (with S-JIHP) ;)

Tokyo Bus Tours boots and plays but I admit I have no idea how to play. All controls show as good in the test menu but I can't get the bus to move. lol

New Gunsurvivor 2 link above. Requires a comm pcb. Someone with one please test and report back. I don't have one.

I have a link board but unfortunately the new patched ROM is 262MB in size so it wont load on my 256MB Net-DIMM

Thank you very much for the fix! Unfortunately i can't test Out Triggers cause the two links are dead. Please, can ypu reupload?

GunSurvivor2 work well in my cabinet, but I don't have the good panel, so the character isn't playable.

Good to know. I ordered some comm pcbs so when they get here I will attempt to get it working with my S-JIHP.

Wow! Comm pcb not required version of Gunsurvivor!?!?!

Nice, I imagine you still need S-JIHP and a gun setup?

Would be pretty awesome if this happened to work with a Dreamcast controller or regular 8 way joystick/buttons.
