Having some troubles with my first Netdimm at Naomi

If you put it in the wrong way, you will cook the pic. It's a dead pic afterwards.
The original keys won't work with netbooting.
I know. But maybe the old/broken netdimm destroy this key also, i remebered when i was very warm when i touch that zero key.
I have some troubles now with gametransfer from pc to netdimm. i can ping the netdimm via network, i put that command TransferGame.exe 192.168.178.3 netdimm_401.bin into the cmd, i got these outputs:

Naomi restarting but getting in "network checking" mode again ... but why?

Naomi restarting but getting in "network checking" mode again ... but why?
Make sure you are using the decrypted firmware update file.
If the security key is not working correctly the NAOMI cannot read the image properly.
When it resets goto the setup menu and check if unknown title has been changed to something else.

I cleared everything up, like washing all parts with isop, and then i tried different ip set ups, like dhcp and what i have to say. It works.
I think some parts had some dust between the connections...
So, NORMALLY i cleared all pcb from old consoles, checking the laser, the power, etc, like i did by my first broken netdimm. But this time i dont know, looking all clear and it was tested so i cleared now everything, starting crazy taxi and it works.
So, its "crazy" yeah...

So, i have some troubles to update this bi*tch xD Why i stock at this screen and nothing happens? I tried to load the 4.01 update via wipi or with transfergame.exe and i only get the first screen which show the 3.03 version and after that, at this second screen, nothing happens anymore...

Which games have you played ?
At first i have to say, that i have the most arcade naomi games original on dreamcast at home.
So i test some games, i cant tell now all, i asked my self why some are not booting, only go back to "checking network" ... And why i cant start the update.

What firmware do you currently have on the netdimm?
Some firmware are not compatible with the update …
You may need to update to a diffrent firmware first ?
To 4.1 then 4.2 ….
I think I went to 3. Something with mine then 4.2

I wrote before, i have net dimm version 3.03, and i cant update it via PC (cmd) with a transfer tool or with Wipi. When I start the update from, all looks fine, but then in the last screen it stands on 0%. When i use Wipi it only restart and it comes only "checking Network" ....
So i tested games again today. At first i have to say, i dont use a switch anymore, otherwise i often (,not only) get a no right netdimm was found... So without a switch i can start all games but not all are working:
"checking network" issues are when the namo going to checking network state after checking memory state!
18 wheeler standard edition "checking network"
18 wheeler deluxe works! (Maybe, cause only eith jammer?)
Airline pilots Caution 51 (works maybe, cause controls)
Akatsuki "checking network"
Alien Front "checking network"
Puzzle Bobble "checking network"
Boarder Down "checking network"
Burning Casino "checking network"
.....
Canning Spike "checking network"

Yooo guys!
So i have a lot to say but have to write it in short lines xD
So my first netdimm has a broke bottom pcb. Maybe its a connector, maybe other parts, idk, but with my second full working netdimm i changed some parts and now i know...
So then, this "memory checking" extra reboot is cause one RAM dont work correctly. All tests in Test Mode was fine, but i changed some RAM and after it it works very well.
A funny thing is, that i couldn't update the dimm with this broke RAM. After i changed the ram i updated the dimm directly!
Then i know that a low and old ATX power supply works very well to. I bought an extra new Power supply cause some one was writing that my atx power supply wont work, and thats not true btw! I used an extra adapter from atx to naomi.
The last but not least is an error with "connection error between IO board and Naomi Board" is cause a broke USB B slot at the JVS USB Adapter. When i touched this USB B Cable/Slot from left to right, its disconnected sometimes and sometimes its work well. Its a jvs usb china adapter...
I worked hours about weeks but now my naomi 1 and naomi 2 works with every game very well!
Party on and kick some asses in vf4 final tuned in the only version on original SEGA Hardware!!

I often get a disconnected from the IO Board JVS to USB China adapter. What can be the problems? When i touch one of the ends of the usb a-b cable its disconnected. The cable selfs is not the problem, is a fully working usb a to b cable!
What kind of Problems can be there with this naomi 2 sense line? Cause i dont have any problems with it when i playing noami 1 games! Its only when i play naomi 2 games.
