Help identifying -5v and +12v terminals - Meanwell RT-125A power supply

I bought a Meanwell RT-125A power supply to use with my Vogatek MK II supergun and a Pit-Fighter PCB, but I don't know for sure which terminals are for the GND, -5v and +12v lines.

Could someone please help me identify these 3 lines in the image below?

Now it's time to transfer my ATX connector/wires to this thing! Let's see what happens!
