For some reason in Chome I have to copy/paste the link into a new tab. Not sure if it's something with the forum software or what, but the file is there on a good old plain ass Apache web server.

Also, did anyone scan this? It was instantly flagged and deleted by CylanceProtect. Might need to run it on VM on burner laptop.
 
I did not scan it. If you find anything bad I can take it down. I'm fairly positive that I'm using outdated versions actually, but haven't had any malware problems running windows defender and palo alto endpoint protection.

Edit: Ran it through virus total... not a ton of hits but it does look a little shady. I guess use at your own risk; if this is what VT says it is, windows defender should detect the threat if you haven't disabled windows defender. https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file...06a208765ae8212681cbff9a348158e9282/detection

If you open up any version of Topall8 and go to help > download from cloud, it takes you to this file. I did not get any AV warnings during extraction or installation.

My scanner is a little too protective sometimes... good to know.

dont worry its not a virus its the version i use on my top3000

has anyone tried to run a (legit) crack or a hack in the last few years ? They ALL appear as some sort of a trojan/virus/some BS but its just anti virus paranoia.

I had to right click and choose save-as. Then I had to click KEEP file in Chrome. Our browsers are so paranoid these days too.

it really bugs me that the ziff socket is upside down.

Honestly it comes down to does it support the chips you need it to support and how reliable does it actually program them. neither of that can be discerned from the video or the sales listing unfortunately.

I had a TL866 it was fine, but it broke after 2 weeks! Luckily Aliexpress is managed well and I got a full refund.

Would be interesting to know the changes. I'm still using the version that came with my TOP3000 some 5 years ago.
It would be good if they had fixed the incorrect 74LS393 testing (and an other one I discovered some months ago, but can't remember right now).
