Any recommended HD15-SCART cable for EU users (Non UK or Switzerland to avoid Taxes)?

I tested the RetroTink HD15 to SCART cable, and it works perfectly. I dig the quality and look of this cable

EU-based users should note that the cable doesn't carry the voltage needed to switch the TV to RGB mode.

Does the HD15 ouput 5v or 12v to switch to RGB mode and/or 4:3 format?

Sometime in September, I will offer HD-15 to SNES NTSC Multi Out and HD-15 to Genesis 2 adapters.

Does this mean we can use HD Retrovision Component cables for us guys in North America???!!!

When the has powers on, it shows a firmware version - will it be possible for the user to
update the fw ?
