Nice Jassin, You should be able to bend the leg leveler back into place.

I am getting my unit delivered tomorrow, lets see how it arrives. I wont be home to received it, so I will have to depend on my nephew :/

Bent... It appears it was extended, and must of caught on something while shipping.
I am going to try to pound the bent metal bracket (its riveted to the frame) back into shape.
Not being able to use the 2nd leveler makes it a little wobbly on my hardwood floor.

That's the kind of sh** that fires me up.. the shipping people have no f-ing consideration and have no clue on how precious and rare these arcade units are. I'm all worked up and it is not even my cab... X( X( X(

So true, I just hope my cab arrives in one piece and undamaged.

One more reason to pick up at the depot. It's that many fewer people touching the cab during transit.

Jassin, glad to see it arrived mostly unharmed. Fingers crossed it'll bend back in place no problem :).
 
Got a quick snapshot of today's delivery of my cab on the security cam.
My nephew was there to received it, he would not send me any pics of how it was/looked.
So it appears that he wants to torture me until I get home to see it, he is still pissed off I did not buy him one.

So yeah, KC used STI to ship the cab to me, very professional guys. My nephew says there was no damage, but I still have to check it myself and I am still at work :(

The adult in me goes like.. the baseballs of your nephew to be pissed off because you did not want to buy him a 3k toy after shipping:) The kid in me goes.. Can I be your nephew, uncle Derick, if your buying him one then you have to be me one as well:)

Fingers crossed and I hope that all is well.. and do not forget to post pictures:)
 
So here are some pics, I almost slapped my nephew cause he didnt unwrapped it and inspect it and it looked so well wrapped and the guys were very careful with it. He says he wanted me to have the joy of doing it.

Anyways, no damage done whatsoever, very tiny little nick on the decal, not the body, on the right panel next to screen. Nothing else.

All accessories, locks, cables, hub, Jamma to jvs i/o and such came with it. very, very pleased. I will test it tomorrow. I just got home, been up since 4am.

I love this freaking cab, thanks again to Jassin000 and TwistedSymphony, I would not have made the purchase if not for all their help on this.

KC maybe a little crazy to deal with on the phone but he is legit, and the best prices on cabs I have found from any vendor. He gets my business from now on.

I am debating whether to remove the labels around the screen or not?! Really dont like the one on top of the screen, so I will take it off, hopefully it comes off clean.

Did you get the JAMMA IO included/installed? KC had to order mine separately.

I believe it's due to arrive this week, but I have to put it in myself.
 
It is sweet, super excited about it.

Everything was in there, Jamma i/o from namco and a buffalo network hub and all related cables, actually more cables than I think are needed and a few other things. I will inspect it more thoroughly tomorrow.
 
Thanks guys, these cabs look awesome. I think they are worth every penny.

Now I am going to have to order another one, I reserved it with KC a couple of days ago. I need to get another TTX2 for the next cab.

Those cabs are so nice looking... Are either of you planning on putting in a 2L 12B panel? I'm curious how difficult those are to source.
 
Could you guys describe the display for me on the C.. in comparison to a TN, IPS and Sony FW900, colors and viewing angles.. I fear that the FW900 have messed me up because playing street fighter even on an IPS monitor does not look right and I would only want the C for Street Fighter type of games. I love the build of the and colors of the Vewlix C but not sure about the display type.

I've been pretty busy lately, but its coming! :)

I've also been buying up parts, I ordered a 2L14B panel (its currently in transit) a Taito official JAMMA IO (its currently in transit), a set of five 19mm-X-30mm tubular locks (I hope these fit correctly) and finally a set of nylon clear/transparent M4 screw/bolts for the Plexiglas marquee.

I will let Jassin review the cab, he is extremely meticulous and will no doubt have a proper setup and be very insightful with his review.
