I am pretty sure does not exist in official, but I saw some of port in cart. Does it work? Exactly like original gd rom?

Correct Ikaruga was GD-ROM only.

all Carts are conversions.

also note that a straight GDROM to Cart conversion conversion of this game removes the test menu,
there's a special patched version that needs to be used with a cart conversion to keep the test menu.
 
It was never shared, just a proof of concept.
 
Pretty sure @acmodbios used to sell these on ebay. I got one of them (not directly from him) and it seems to play exactly like the original.
 
No idea, honestly! It's currently stuffed in a box somewhere and I won't be able to check anytime soon for a variety of reasons, sorry.
