I have A small issue. I have 3x Triforce units and 3x working SSD Mario Kart 2 but only one working PIC!.

I have a TopMax II Programmer and a GQ-4X and a few PIC16F628A.
I've tried doing the zero key and also tried the byte swapped key as I have the GQ-4X.
Seems I am always getting Error 28 on boot. Am I missing anything?

That's weird. If you get a bad PIC, you usally get ERROR 26. Have you tried your working PIC with all 3 units and all 3 SSDs?

Opps it was error 26 not 28.

So, I have now, 5x Working SSD's, I have an PIC16C621A that is working. I know that chip was probably programmed many years ago as I have the old .hex files for it.
The issue is that I could only locate PIC16F628A which from my understanding will work with the zero key so I should be able to resurrect these units.
As after this I have a bunch of Lindbergh's that I need to repair the JVS Boards.
