SPECIAL USE WITH NORMAL DIMMS UPDATED TO 4.02 FIRM !!!!!!

- A GOOD LOAD IS WHEN YOU HAVE AFTER 8-15 SECONDS A LITTLE BLINK AND AFTER THAT MICRO YELLOW BLINKS.
- IF YOU HAVE A BAD LOAD (LITTLE YELLOW BLINK AND AFTER THAT NO MICRO YELLOW BLINKS - CONSTANT BLACK SCREEN), ONLY TURN OFF THE READER USING HIS POWER SWITCH, WAIT 1-2 SECONDS AND TURN ON IT AGAIN. THE SYSTEM WILL TRY AGAIN TO LOAD THE GAME (IT WOULD BE A FINAL GOOD LOAD OR ANOTHER BAD LOAD). MAKE IT THE TIMES REQUIRED. NORMALLY IN THE FIRST RETRY WORKS AFTER HAVING A BAD LOAD.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

All you need to make them work:

- Dimm or net dimm with 4.02 firmware
- Zero key chip
- Compatible compact flash.
You have to extract the key for each one to flash games in them. Once extracted, you can flash any game in the card, so the extraction is made only one time per card. You can extract it with an IDE CF reader and the follow program
- NaomiCF v1.34 program and usb compact flash device
for flashing the games in each card
- HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: BIOS FREE ON NAOMI BASE

If I haven't stock, I can build them for anyone who likes it. You can contact me by PM.

Feedbacks

Hello All - -I picked one of these up - mainly because I use my cabinet in a shared place and while netbooting is fun for a home setting, I want something more "plug and play" when there are more people playing it - in case it needs to be rebooted, etc.

This device works perfectly after I changed the jumpers in the netdimm.

I received mine last week too, I wanted it mostly for a shooting cabinet of Lupin III, to be able to play the rest of the shooting games in a simpler way.

I have to say it works very well, and it's easy to change the games for people who do not master the netdimm

Thanks a lot
Hi

I received mine some weeks ago but forgot to post here...

I had the old arcademodbios version but I started to have problems with it

Now, this new device works great without any problem, so I'm happy with the purchase and can recommend it
Received and works great thank you
Hi,

I forgot to reply to the thread!

This arrived and worked 1st time! its sturdy and well built, the game works fine.

I am having trouble making cards, but that is my fault! lol.
This guy is guilty of making me buy a Naomi motherboard.
I bought one of his kits and I can only say good things about the card reader.
Works flawlessly!!!

I want to thank him also for let the firmware 4.02 publicly available, so others can upgrade their Dimms by themselves.
Don't hesitate, If you're thinking to buy one, you wouldn't regret it!!!
Received mine the other day and just wanted to say it was top notch quality and very fast shipping from Spain to the US. Thank you!
Just received my CF Adapter for a few days. Awesome work! Working like a charm! Highly recommend!

Right now I haven't more boxes (I have sold all), but I'm going to make more, so you can save them and add you to a waiting list.

@matthewbeall Can you explain what you changed? I'm thinking of changing my netbooting netdimm to what you're describing for the ease of switching "playing" Thanks!

This is a dream item for Naomi owners that cannot find or afford the Ethernet netdimm. This is magic. You can switch games out like Pokemon cards. Great job and nice work. If I didn't have mine at home and had an actual arcade where we needed to switch games. I'd pick up one of these for sure. Big thumbs up!!

Hey i am interested in one. I just emailed you to your gmail. Let me know if you did not get it.

I have sold all. I will make more in a few weeks. Please wait and ask for your turn in the waitting list.

Do people prefer these to NetDIMM?

I would assume these are much easier to set-up, but if you had a NetDIMM setup already, would there be any good points to switch to these?
