In this thread, @JohnRambo'sKnife offered to sell me his CPS2 DigitalAV. In our DMs, he asked to sell it at cost, and showed photos of the item and his receipt from purchasing it recently.
He shipped it out within 1 day, and I received the item promptly, in good condition.
This was just modded into my CPS3 and HDMI is working great.
