IIRC you will not get full width when using the MS9 chassis with the MS8-29 yoke. Have them send you the correct yoke.
BTW, the larger yoke connector is called TJC1, the smaller pitch one is called TJC2. You can pick them up for massively cheaper on Aliexpress. They are the same exact ones APAR sells but massively cheaper.

Yeah with a MS8 yoke you wil have width issues, some can be mitigated with hs.llim adjust but it is better to get the correct yoke.
Every game swap will have you adjusting that yoke.

Thank you for the info, yeah I don’t want to have to readjust for different games. As I run cps2 and Naomi out of the machines.
