*sigh* That place hasn't changed a bit and I'm so glad we aren't there anymore.

Coming back to topic, here are some pics of the mvs cart shells that we are going to use.
For MVS we use original MVS shells sandblasted. For AES/ MVS we got brand new shells with shockcase.

Although it's not in the picture, MVS comes with carton box like original carts.

Please have a look and let us know your thoughts.

Will we have the option to purchase a shock box for the MVS cart?

@Capozhwm will answer that question, but original plan is to ship as the original did, to keep the flavour.I guess a shock box can be done.

Not to be nitpicky, but I believe you mean "Snaplock" case for AES carts. The Shockcase/Shockbox are the generic plastic ones (for MVS carts) that look like VHS cases. That being said, they look amazing.

What does sandblasted mean in the context of those MVS shells? Refurbished?

@Capozhwm will elaborate, but if I'm properly informed, it's a process by which you use one specific type of sand and blast it into a used MVS shell or any other plastic part to make it look like new. I think in the plastic industry it's a well known process.

So they will look like Metal Slug 4 shells, that are not shiny, right?. I do not really mind that look, kind of like it. But then again, I also like MS4, so what do I know?

Now, the question: will the multicart boards be compatible with original chells, both AES and MVS? I know some people would like to have transparent shells or something...
