What's new
You need a NON UEFI card. You generally won't get any POST with a UEFI GPU unless you flash the mainboard bios toi figureheads b26 bios. I don't recommend it in this situation, just because it's an original cab, just sit tight for the 640 card to arrive.
Perfect thanks

Greta thanks Murry any idea where I can get one

I am beyond frustrated with this Theatrhythm game. @300wins was kind enough to send me a used 640 card in the mail. I pop the new to me card in and still no video output. If I hook it up to the onboard dvi output I get video to the LCD and the game boots. The video card fan is spinning but it just doesn't output video. Thoughts anyone?

Time to try a new/different power supply.

Put a 500 watt Antec PSU in and it booted. Still no signal from the card. 😡

You're connecting the same DVI cable to the 640 video card that you connect to the onboard video right? The one that works properly? Stupid question, but have to ask.
Yes correct. The video cable is good to go. Should a 500w power supply be able to handle everything. I would think it would be fine. Factory appears to be 600z

I had a similar issue, I stripped all down no cleaned all the connectors. I had not pup the card back fully

@krmnnghia any chance to test both gpus in a regular pc? See if both are dud or both are good…
The original card work in my desktop PC albeit the fan was not spinning. Windows recognized the correct card and all was good.

Is it possible something in the Bios has switched to turn off that PCIe slot? I've never tried to get into the bios. At this point I am leaning towards busted PCIe slot, of the slot is OFF in the bios.

For my understanding:
If I would like to upgrade my Vewlix F from JVS to Fast iO.
Can I just order a Taito k91x1204b and replace the K91x1097O in my Cab below?
The Connector from the Control Panel should work directly with the k91x1204b, correct?
Any additional Looms/ Plugs/ Wires needed? (Fast iO Card in TX2/ TX3 of course)

BTW, what's the exact Terms of that Connector/ Type?

It's unlikely. I can't see anything in the bios that would do that. You could try "Load optimized defaults" on the bios save and exit screen of the bios.

The problem is, my exprience is all with systems i dont care if i kill the original game, because i multi everything. I can't tell you 100% doing that won't break the original game from booting. I've done it with Lord of Vermillion and i always manged to get the original game booting again no matter what i tried with resetting bios, but i can't guarantee that game will be the same.
Yah that sounds fun. LOL. I'm $2200 invested into a game that has worked for about 2 hours so as you can imagine im getting a little frustrated as is my son. I would like to make a backup of the HDD and put it on a SSD before messing around too much but of course this also seems like a huge pain. Next up might be sourcing a spare MOBO.

Also try cleaning the PCIe slot with some alcohol, I know that’s worked for a few folks here.

It’s labeled as G connector in the manual. That will plug into the fastIO board. Then you need an ethernet cable to go from the IO board to the ttx3.

Any reason you are switching?
