Does anyone have any ideas for my Astro City 2 Marquee Bulb? I bought a replacement off Amazon and that didn't fix the issue. Idk much about ballasts or how I would go about it. I am detecting voltage but I'm detecting voltage on the whole cabinet too, so I'm still puzzled. I know the cab will look much better with that illuminated. The bulb I bought is below and clicked into place nicely.

I legit got tired from shocking myself trying to figure out the bs hack job on my Astro2, I had Lemony just make me a whole new harness out of my hacked up mess. Not sure how he got it sorted but it was worth every penny not getting zapped anymore 😉

Dang, Lemony repaired mine and the work looks very well done. I wish I understood electricity and grounding a bit better. I really tried to make sure I hooked it back up as best I could by taking pictures before removal. I’m not getting zapped but there appears to be current and get a hell of a whine when I touch the area around the speakers. I’m using a small audio amp idk if that plays a role.

Have all the parts except the Processor really excited to put a full fledged modern PC in my P-RAS. It just barelyyyyy fits a fractal north case I just had to put risers under each leg to clear the front panel lip.

Does anyone know if I can use a Sun power supply for a Tekken 2 board? I did some minor research and I thought I saw ppl talking about 5v rails but I don't recall if the user had to adjust the voltage or not to make the Tekken 2 board work.

I have a Sun PSU that was converted to work in my Blast City for my Naomi setup and I also bought another spare one but have not done anything to it like modifying the plug so I could plug it into the wall.

Got my Tekken 2 board. Think I need an adapter like this for the kick harness but I’m wondering if there is any solution to get RCA out from the Jamma / kick harness. If one speaker is on the main Jamma edge and the other is on the kick harness how do I get them both to my speakers?

If there is a wire I can buy for the audio coming off of this CPS2 Namco adapter how do I combine that with the audio coming from the Jamma edge I guess is my question.

In my mister I just do stereo rca out into an amplifier.

These are advertised as working with Virtua Fighter 3. But when I look at pictures of the VF3 board these are the connections I see.

This is my current modified Sun Power supply. The goal is to get this in my blast city. I have all the adapters I needed to get my Naomi NetDimm running including lemonys adapter for extra buttons. Super lost here.

There is an official Model 3 harness you can use on your Blast. They come up NOS or gently used (junk) on YAJ. OR you can probably have Lemony cook one up for you. If I had mine handy I'd show you.

Model 3 is also only 24khz, don't let the VGA port fool you. It's 24khz.

Trying new layout. Have to crawl under pinball to get to the back of the machines. Dont like the blast blocking the pinball back glass view either so will probably rearrange.

Gotta make room for this bad boy. Starting to feel the space running out lol.
