Check your cart if it has a custom or standard SH2 and write the appropriate files for simm 1 and 2 (U9 + U10)

update the firmware on your proman to HS063_Beta_D.enc:

use v63 programmer software and click the "smart key" button to erase, write and verify the files.
Check the log and status window after each one:

After each one unplug the proman usb cable, close the programmer software, plug in the proman USB again and open the programmer software (right click - run as administrator)


Then assuming you have standard SH2 cart, set dips to 000 - this will boot hacked version of Street Fighter 3rd strike with a green title screen without any encryption. If that works try the other games.

Is it really necessary to close the software each time ? I unplugged the usb cable but I didn’t close the software.
 
I have a question, if the proman recognizes and is able to go to completion for the programmation, does it definitely confirm that the simms is completely functional for the multi ?
 
CPS3 is not Neogeo, that has so many different motherboards and revisions. IMO the Simms should be writting OK. The fact that it recognizes it, doesn't mean that all pins make good contact, although I never found one with a bad solder in CPS3 or any other multi. Did you update the Firmware to the latest? After programming do a simple verify, that should clarify if the simms are 100% OK or not.

What kind of simple verify should I do, after programming?
 
Each time I am checking if all the contact are good. Some times they are not perfectly making contact in the middle of the pins but one the manual pictures it was the same. So It fine I guess
 
the original game Jojo used 5 slots for the simms, but for the multi, 6 slots are used . I am wondering if the 6th slots could be faulty ?
 
Try installing all the simss of the multi but don't plug the 6th. Then run Jojo and see if it works well. If it does, then the problem is your 6th slot making some kind of bad contact. If it doesn't then we need to look a the simms and their content.

I may found the problem. The chip has some pins in bad condition

Bingo! Maybe they are just shortcutting and you can straighten them gently with a needle, very slowly
 
i could more or less straighten the wire.
