I just got an mv1fz slot and the multi works perfectly with it.
I don't understand what's going on with the mv2 and mv2F slots.

Should we decrease the 5volt or perhaps increase it?

Anyway, I'm super happy now and I think the seller will be happy too :D .

it no longer works. I still have the same problem when I just turned it off and back on 2 hours later. The cartridge must have a problem, it is not possible, I have tried with 3 mother cards now. It is not a motherboard problem and I have updated. What else should I do?

I purchased recently the multi MVS from save your game.
I do not have any problem of glitch, nor game loading.
I just have an issue that often occurred, when the game starts, with the green screen then neo geo screen , sometimes it goes to the introduction of the game and reboots unexpectedly to the green screen then neo geo screen etc.... Depending on the game it can append also in game, during play, it suddenly restarts.

Does anyone has already had such kind of issue ?

I am using a MV1FS, with a sigma av7000 super gun. I am wondering if it can be a problem of voltage adjustment ?

Thank you, this what I thought, there is a potard to adjust the voltage, on the side of the sigma av7000 supergun but I never touch it. Does anyone knows this supergun ? First I need a Jamma meter to know the actual voltage on the card.
 
Yes I have a multimeter but I don’t have a jamma meter. Where on the edge should I mesure the voltage ?

Hey everyone. I just got the multi in today from HighScoreSaves. Thanks for the quick shipping!

Unfortunately I'm having a bit of an issue. The cartridge isn't booting to the main menu. Instead, it boots to my MV1F's setting screens where you can check that controller input and everything is working. Placing a game in there works just fine, but the multi never seems to boot. Any suggestions?

All dip switches are off and regular games operate normally.

I think my mistake was having other files in the games folder that prevented it from booting. I had the instructions pdf next to other game folders.

Its working now! However, there's an issue in Metal Slug where the sound and music will suddenly stop. No clue if that's the cart, my system, or just an expected thing of MS.

Glad to hear that you got it working now. Metal Slug works great. Is that the only game that is giving you troubles?

It's the only one so far. Plenty of KoFs work, SNK vs Capcom works. Relatively small sample size. I'll give it all another try and see if anything comes up. :)

Excellent cartridge. My girlfriend and I love the Top Gear : Frankfurt menu music. Very nostalgic!

Hi everyone,
I am back with my problem of gamewhich is restarting unexpectedly after intro or during playing. With my meter I could not mesure the voltage properly so I purchased a Jamma meter connector. And the voltage is at 5.11v after one hour 5.10v, is too low ? Or too high ? I noticed also when I just start to play The restart append less. There anyway some unplayable games like SVC and windjammer, when I strate to play it restart with the green screen the neo géo etc.,
Do you have any suggestion ?
I had also by doing a return to the menu, some glitch which disappeared after a restart of the system.
 
I run my 1FZ MVS at 5.18v, no reboot issues with latest firmware and Windjammers works.
 
I don’t know what to do next. MV1FS, is it the board type which had issue with the multi MVS ?
 
That was fixed long ago. I think that NeoGeo doesn't like you Raffy ;( but we'll get it solved.

Which BIOS do you have? Has your MV1FS any patches or something that doesnt look original?
 
Yeah I am not lucky , 😢Anyway thank you to continue to help me.
The multi MVS cart purchased, is from the last batch from December, from Save your game. I guess the last firmware is installed inside so I didn’t install anything and just add the games file at the root of the sd card.
