Mikonos told me the process requires offset printing for the metallic paint.
Hımm its good then. I couldn't find any offset machine that use Metallic silver paint. If they have, the process will be easier then screen printing. But offset means at least 200-500 pc.Mikonos told me the process requires offset printing for the metallic paint.
If you look at his thread on UKVAC it says at the very top that he will not sell or give out his art files. And I can understand that given the time he put into them.See if he will part with the art.
put me down for a set if it happens. thanksMikonos told me if we can get 10 people interested he can do a run. I'm trying to get a set price though.
I vote yes.Should post from here be moved to a dedicated Egret 2 restoration thread?
I'll take 2 sets at that price. And yeah, a separate owners' thread for Egret II stuff would be good.Mikonos said if we get the ten sets of art claimed that they will cost 80 euro each.
Should I go ahead and start a group order/interest check for the art?
If original it'll be a a Nanao MS9-29T with a Toshiba A68KJU96X tube. Those who got egret 2’s, where are you looking to determine what kind of tube you have? I don’t see any obvious labels for the manufacturer on mine, though admittedly it is caked in pitch black crap and a label might be hiding somewhere...
same, I'd be down for a set of NNC side art.If he's willing to do a pair of the NNC leg decals, Im in for a set.
I'd need NNC right side art (monitor facing you). Plus repro marquee with metallic print.same, I'd be down for a set of NNC side art.If he's willing to do a pair of the NNC leg decals, Im in for a set.
I heard @alberto1225 did a small run of the marquee awhile back and they looked amazing. I was lucky enough to score a real one from @Derick2k for a good price awhile back.I'd need NNC right side art (monitor facing you). Would you have an idea where we could get one? I’ve looked around and came back empty handed. Mikonos was quoting 56 Euros for his repro and I was about to order it... thanks! The repro works I did for NNC are 1P/2P panel and the insert strip. I don't make the marquee as the original marquee looks so great and it's still not that hard to get one.

Thanks! Actually ordered a NNC manual and PCB wooden board from them last month but didn’t think about asking for a marquee... I’ll try that...herehttps://videotronicsuk.com/Would you have an idea where we could get one? I’ve looked around and came back empty handed. Contact them. I saw they had some marquees last year. It's good place to find NNC parts. The postage seems good too.
