Why you asking?
The bottom pcb is where I would start looking and you should be able to isolate which pcb in the netdimm has the issue with a known working dimm as @nem suggested. If a good bottom board does not get the netdimm working you know the issue is in the top board.Oh bro, why you thinking that the down pcb is broke?![]()

From my limited experience with dimm boards and a bit of input from @nem, there seems to be a few things that go wrong with them.I like your thinking and I’m going to go down that way with my faulty two …
Clean all contacts / connections
And try with diffrent bios .
I have new dimms to put in as well .
Would be great to get to bottom of this as a lot of these failed boards out there in the wild
2. The connectors seem to be made of some polymer of birthday cake, chalk and glass
