I tried to plug it in 230V just now with the transformer. It tripped the breaker.

So

Varistor
Ballast
Fan
Transformer

need to be either removed or replaced.

Hi, looking for some advice on an audio issue i have.

I recently imported 2 noir cabs. The blue HD-model.

On one of them the sound works perfectly just by plugging RCA cables from my PC to the RCA ports on the jvs board and adjusting the volume with the knob on the monitor control panel under card reader hatch. On The other cabinet though, with the same set up, I get no sound... where/how should I begin troubleshooting the issue?

Confirm that your 12V power supply is outputting 12V. The card reader and sound amp run off 12V so if neither are working that’s likely the problem. I had this issue on my Blanc as well, neither worked, made sense once I realized they both ran on 12V. The monitors run on 24V, NA-JV2 IO on 5V, Connect PCB on 5/12V.

They are alive... but the sound is not working anyway unfortunately

Probably the DAC on the pcb has most likely gone bad perhaps?

I’m looking at one of these right now to purchase but something is throwing me off. The marquee has red lighting while the speakers are the blue grills. Is this a newer or older version?

I could be wrong but i recall the blue speaker model is the newer 1080p screen version.

Blue speaker model should come with a blue header though. So it could be monitor swapped.

Does the header have LEDs or a fluorescent tube? You should be able to tell from a picture as the tube has a more uniform glow.

The pics I've seen does not show it glowing at all. I could ask for more info. Here is the cab:

It's probably LED as it's controlled by the game, which would explain why it's not lit.

Looks like a new style Noir to me, the Gundam one. I have the same cab with a blue header.

Hello can this middle molex connector can be solder to the cn2 and cn4 as left in audio and ground and cn4 as right rin audio and ground?

I can't confirm which is left and which right, but yes, you could do that.
