DARKSOFT New Namco System 2 Multi

Just a quick question as I'm getting the PCB ready for the kit (jumpers, removing the metal ground plates)

For these jumper settings does the O represent where the jumper is placed or the -- does?

A small update for everyone who preordered this multi. We still have a few units left. I've made some small changes that I'm sure that you will all like.

We are still good to ship at the end of September but it's going to be rather at the end of the month. I'm sure you are going to like it!!

I changed the name of the thread and edited a few posts. The name of the programmer is TL86_PLUS it's also called Proman. Here 2 examples:

and here the software to program the chips: http://www.mediafire.com/file/rv7zvl71n422yr6/TL86PLUS-ProMan-Nandpro_v062.rar/file

Sir , what's about this version of the Proman's software ? : https://www.mediafire.com/folder/cy311s31kjf98/Software_and_Drivers#3wdt8v5qhekrk

Should be this one used to write the modules ?

I will upload the instructions today. I have 2 IMPORTANT comments that you MUST remember before installing this multi:

* Separate the 2 PCBs of your Namco system 2 and install the kit separately!
* in the Main PCB, be EXTREMELY careful with some small metal GND connectors that stand out. They change from position depending on the game, so it's difficult to set some standard. you NEED to bend them or remove! otherwise they will clash with the PCB of the multi!

You don't necessarily need to remove if you don't have the tools or the time. You can just bent it towards one side gently using your thumb.
