What's new
If a i7-2700k works fine, I don't see why a i7-2600k wouldn't work. Its either a bad CPU or some pins got bent on the motherboard when it was upgraded.

pin bent impossibile, after i put again my i5-2400 and works perfecly

Ok I confirm that the 2600K works on a GigaByte MB but doesn't work on my 2 Type X3

can someone make a dump of his motherboard bios that works with 2600K?

I have a i7-2600 (non k) that works in the X3. And I have done several i7-2700k that work perfectly fine in the X3. So its strange that a 2600k wouldn't work, but a 2700k would?

first I have to check the bios because if mine doesn't support the i7-2600k i don't understand why he can support i7-2700k

can you show me your bios version?

So here are 2 different X3 with 2 different CPU and 2 different bios revision. One has a Xeon processor and one has an i7-2700k. I forget what the i7-2700k used to be, but the X3 with the Xeon processor is a model 407 (Figurehead A) machine.

Hopefully you figure out your problem.

I don't know how to dump a mobo bios. If it's easy, I can try.
What are the steps to doing it?
