alright i guess i will check with him, thanks. could i still see your pictures? The Universals I have are sit-down. If you're in San Diego, then you're DEFINITELY way closer to Kou, I actually can't compare to that. I can deliver to LA for around $150, but my driver doesn't go to San Diego. Since you're that close to him, I'd say he'd actually be good for you, trying to buy from him without going to see them yourself is a horrible idea, but if you can, it's pretty /thumbsup. Recommend you go check out his instead
33" yes.Domy has a 33" monitor, correct? Does it have a bezel that requires a specific curvature? And what tube and make of chassis is in there? Reason I was is that I have a 33" Neo-tec that might be a spare.
I mean, I don't want your showcase to be dead. But in the event that it is, thank you!Alright, if my Dynamo Showcase is kaput due to rain, the 33" Neo-tec is yours.

I had to look at the picture more closely to see what your talking about and ya i can see it pealing from the ends as its not the right curve. What part of "they don't fit the curve" do you guys not get. I'd rather have a scanned print on overhead paper stick in there then this thing.
From talking with @'Cereth'' and his friend, my buddy and the graphic artists that work with him, and the more I think about the task, casting a resin mold is the way to go for the panel blank. Vaccuum forming printed plastic for the art work. Finally fusing them together should get us a faithful long lasting reproduction.Sucks it doesn’t fit, didn’t know that...![]()
But still better than none for some folks![]()
Hoping @acblunden2 project turns out nice for them E2 owner, really filling a gap here bro!
Unless yours is already loose I seriously wouldn't try. I was fortunate enough to buy one new from Taito when I had an E2 around 10 years ago and there was absolutely no chance of the original coming out in one piece. Even if it had it wouldn't have been good for much other than measurements due to how brittle it had become.I do have my E2 panel in tact. I'll look and see if there is a way to remove it without damaging it.
