Hmmmm... I guess Jassin knows something we dont, I mean the pins with the region tabs leave very little exposed of the pin to make good contacts between the boards so they are probably not used at all so it might be ok to do away with them.

the pins are not used, many people broke them while modding it.

If you use a *not diamond* smaller bit, then you not going break them.

I just didn't see how the pins inside the plastic could be making contact with anything.
Lacking individual receiving sockets on the cart end (I didn't even bother to probe with multimeter).

So, I just ground em right the F out/off.
